Mid-Winter Meeting Vendor Fair - 2009
 


We are anticipating another outstanding convention and with attendance estimated at 1300, your company will definitely benefit from the exposure you will receive as an exhibitor at the Mid-Winter Meeting.

The cost to exhibit is $5,000.00, and includes a 10” D X 10' W * display area, a skirted table, two chairs, and one complimentary full registration to the Mid-Winter Meeting. Please note the open hours of the Vendor Fair:

•   Thursday, January 22, 2009                     12:00 NOON - 5:30 PM
•   Friday, January 23, 2009                          12:00 NOON - 7:00 PM

(There will be no Saturday hours for this year’s vendor fair.  The Friday hours have been extended.)

Move-in/set-up will take place on Thursday, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Move out will occur on Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon.

Based on 2008 vendor feedback, the exhibit hall will relocate to the Continental Ballroom instead of the Exhibit Hall downstairs.  Seminars are taking place in Continental A, adjacent to the vendor booths, beginning at 11 AM on Thursday, so all booth construction must be completed by that time.

We encourage you to complete the enclosed Exhibit Contract and return it as soon as possible in order for your company to be guaranteed exhibit space at this year’s convention. A complete exhibitor instruction kit will be mailed upon receipt of your booth fee payment.  We hope to see you in Chicago in January.
