A person shall be eligible for active membership in the Security Traders Association of Chicago who is employed as a trader of securities by a broker, dealer, financial institution, or other trading related business (subject to board approval) located in the Chicagoland investment community, and who has served in such a capacity for a period of not less than ONE year.
