STAC Names 2025 STAC Fund College Scholarship Recipients

24 Local Students Recognized for Academic Achievement and Commitment to Educational Pursuits CHICAGO, IL July 10, 2025 – The Security Traders Association of Chicago (STAC), a membership organization for individual professionals in the securities industry in Chicago and an affiliate of the Security Traders Association (STA), proudly announced the recipients of its 2025–2026 STAC Fund College Scholarships. This year, 24 outstanding Chicagoland students have been awarded scholarships to support their higher education journeys in finance and related fields. Founded to promote financial literacy and give back to the community, the STAC Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides college scholarships and makes grants to educational and philanthropic institutions throughout the Chicagoland area. Over the past decade, thanks to the generosity of STAC members, sponsors and friends, the STAC Fund has distributed more than $500,000 in charitable donations and academic scholarships.
“Each year, we are amazed by the talent, drive and potential of our applicants—and 2025 was no exception,” said Ginny Kowalczyk, STAC President and Manager, Information Solutions Special Projects-Sales at Cboe Global Markets. “These 24 scholarship recipients have shown outstanding academic promise, and we’re honored to support their educational paths and welcome them into the broader STAC community.”
